re~gneering~rt-~fr~since Mr. Davis received our first set
of comments October 24, 1989 (see attached letters 11/27/89 and
12/28/89) regarding the above project. Mr. Davis indicated today
by telephone that we would get a revised set of preliminary
drawings and/or response to our comments today.
Please note that upon receipt of and our review of said plans, we
will be able to provide further comments and recommendations to the
City Council on the night of January 9, 1990.
If you have any questions, please give myself or Shohre Danesh~and

RE: Park West Commerce Center Preliminary Plat
As you know the Planning and Zoning Commissioners approved the above preliminary
plat on December 21, 1989. This item is scheduled to go before the City Council
for consideration of approval on January 9, 1990.
As you and Public Works staff had discussed during the mQeting of December 7,
1989, you were to submit revised preliminary engineering plans, per our comments
)Dy December 22, 1989. Please note that we have made several attempts to contact
you by telephone concerning this project.
As of this date we have not received your revised engineering plans regarding
this project, and therefore our technical comments and concerns remain the same.
It has been our intention to work with you to the best of our ability; however,
at this time the Public Works Department cannot exclude the consideration of
denial of subject preliminary plat.
We respectfully request that 2 sets of revised engineering plans reflecting our
written comments and mark-up plans be submitted to this office on or before the
actual January 2, 1990, City Council meeting, so that we can have ample time to
make our review and consideration.
