Paint all fire hydrants red - one coat.
Bad fire hydrant in Phase 2.
Remove dirt to see by-pass valve.
Remove dirt to see lower fitting in double check can.
Put extension on fire hydrant valve at southeast corner.
Straighten stack to get over valve.
Results of double check valve test.
