The City Council will consider a preliminary plat, commonly known as the
Park West Commerce Center (previously Gateway Park at Coppell) on this
same agenda.
The applicant has requested the City's acceptance of the attached dedications
so that this section of Airline Drive can be reconstructed to a Boulevard
section as shown on the attached copy of the plan view.
Staff has reviewed the documents and they are consistent with the preliminary
plat and has no objections to the dedications and the construction of the
proposed improvements to Airline Drive at Beltline Road.
The construction drawings have been reviewed and are ready for approval
by the City Engineer if and when these accommodating dedications are
executed.
