Test DC 2" for (2) Domestics and (1) Irrigation. Need test paperwork.
Stub out needs pad and paint blue.
Curb stop valve stacks need pads or (1) Irrigation and (2) Domestic 2" meters.
Sewer cleanout grout inside around pipe.
Mark in red on curb Mit and paint manhole lid red.
Fire Dept. fire line needs caps (2).
Landscapers need letter to not cover valves or manholes.
