Dear Mr. Davis:
We have reviewed the above referenced project, sheet C-4 of the plans. We
generally have no objection to your proposed concrete rip rap and headwall type
"A". However, we ask that the following comments be addressed:
Show more details on the profile concerning the headwall and concrete rip
rap and grade-to-drain
- Provide markup plan on this item back to us for references and check
Show how the proposed headwall to the existing 36" RCP's are being
protected. Provide concrete rip rap around the headwall
- Please explain how the velocity decreases from 13.8 FPS to 5.3 FPS
Upon revisions, please provide five (5) blue line prints along with our markup
plan for f~al review and approval.
