Construction Record Drawings
Dear Mr. Davis:
We are enclosing one set of prints of the State Highway 121 Water Line project. This set has been revised to
conform to the construction records provided by H & W Utility Contractors and is for your review and
comment. We are also enclosing the mark-ups they provided for our use.
Please review and notify us of any changes required. Once the construction record drawings meet with your
satisfaction, we will deliver one set of mylar originals along with one set of blue-line prints and a copy of the
electronic drawing files.
