Re-mobilization of H & W Utility Contractors

As requested by Mr. Larry Davis of your office, we have contacted H & W Utility contractors and requested
their schedule for re-mobilization on the State Highway 121 water line project. Contingent upon approval of
Change Order Number 1, they are scheduled to move a crew back in on November 22, 1999. A copy of their
written response is enclosed.
