5. '~ ~ Northwest corner replace both pull boxes due to damage - won't lock down.

open.

sections - O.K.
5. ~iL Controller cabinet waiting on card rack repair from IDC (Consolidated).
6. ~,~f~All stop bars arc located too close to crosswalks.
7. ,~i(~l)uct seal in all conduits pull boxes and cabinet.

1. ~.Southwest mast arm touch up paint on transformer base at rust spots.
2. ~Duct seal in all pull box conduits and cabinet conduits.
3. '' ;~/Westbound advanced loops pull box needs morc rock in box.
4. ~/Westbound present loop to home run cable needs to be sealed and morc rock in pull
box.
5. !~(Stop bars too close to crosswalk.
General Note:
Would like to have plans used by Tully on the project. Plans that show conduit runs~ etc.
As-builts on each intersection and interconnect conduit.
