Missing valve at Castlebury Ct.; locate for water inspection.
Manhole at Castlebury Ct. needs to be reset, chimney seal, mark M.H. in red on curb and
raise to grade.
Reset manhole between Castlebury Ct. and Sandy Knoll, clean dirt around lid to grade,
mark M.H. in red on curb.
Reset manhole in street between Castlebury Ct. and Sandy Knoll needs chimney seal.
Remove concrete from bottom of manhole at Sandy Knoll; needs chimney seal.
F.H. valve at Sandy Knoll need pad and street button on Sandy Knoll.
Manhole at Highlands needs rain pan. (NOTE: chimney seal will not work in this
manhole.)

Water valve at southwest comer of Raven and Sandy Lake needs 6 1/2 ft. extension.
Missing water valve at Raven and Sandy Lake.
NOTE: water valve is off at Mapleleaf- 2 valves (see Ted).
Clean out manhole at Sugarberry; needs chimney seal.

Manhole at Sandy Lake and west side MacArthur has concrete in lid, needs rain pan,
grout top, and needs chimney seal.
Reset top of manhole at Sandy Lake and east side of MacArthur; needs chimney seal.
(NOTE: needs work inside.)
Manhole east, last manhole to be inspected at Kimbel Court and Sandy Lake, needs rain
pan, chimney seal, and re-grout.
