Walk-thru for Sandy Lake Road (North Side)
(From Kimbel Court West to Denton Tap)
First F.H. valve needs 8' extension and raise F.H. to grade.
Mark F.H.V. in red on curb at second F.H., northwest comer of MacArthur.
Locate 16" water valve on northwest comer of MacArthur and mark M.L.V. in blue on
curb; valve covered and pad if missing.
30" water vault located in front of Kroger needs to be grouted inside at top.
4" bypass on 30" water need extension and remove concrete from bottom of valve stack.
Third F.H. valve needs extension and valve stack in street; needs work, not straight.
Fourth F.H. valve needs extension.
Fifth F.H. valve need extension at Meadowglen.
Sixth F.H. valve needs extension at Meadow Run and remove concrete from valve stack;
clean dirt around base.
Bring to grade air valve on 16" water; valve needs pad and straighten valve stack.
F.H. valve at Samuel Blvd. Needs 7' extension.
First F.H. west of Samuel need extension.
Remark valve in blue on curb to stub out valve at second F.H. west of Samuel.
Second F.H. west of Samuel needs pad around valve.
Raise meter cans at 636 Sandy Lake Road and mark W.S. in blue on curb.
Manhole west of 636 Sandy Lake Road needs line cleaned, grout inside at top, chimney
seal, and rain pan.
Second manhole west of 636 Sandy Lake Road needs grout at top inside, chimney seal,
and rain pan.
18. Mark STB in blue on curb at stub out valve between 636 Sandy Lake Road and Moore
Road.
19. F.H. east of Moore Road needs extension.
20. Inside vault at 636 Sandy Lake Road has copper bypass (told copper bypass okay); turned
off 2 corp on bypass.
21. 4" bypass valve off 30" water line, clean valve stack so can turn valve at Moore Road and
Sandy Lake Road 4" bypass valve.
22. Raise F.H. at Moore Road and Sandy Lake Road.
23. Clean valve stack of dirt so can turn valve from 16" water to 30" water line.
24. 12" water line to North Moore - (2) valves: need to clean valve stack, full of dirt.
25. Clean meter can on service line to curb stop to Baptist Church.
26. Clean valve stack to F.H. north of Nash Road.
27. Need pad on 16" water main west of Moore Road.
28. Clean valve stack to F.H. north of Holly and raise F.H.
29. Air valve on 30" - reset top at Lodge Road and grout inside top.
30. Manhole north of Castlebury on north side of Sandy Lake Road needs chimney seal and
rain pan.
31. Manhole north at Trailwood need chimney seal, rain pan, and reset top.
32. Valve to N. Trailwood needs pad or brick around valve.
33. Mark F.H.V. in red on curb at F.H. on Trailwood; paint valve lid red.
34. Mark M.L.V. in blue on curb for valve to Allencrest.
35. Water line valve to Woodcrest needs pad.
36. Raise sewer cleanout in sidewalk at Woodcrest and Redwood around pad; grout inside
cleanout.
37. Clean valve stack on 16" water at Heartz.
38. Clean valve stack on 8" water line to North Heartz will not turn; paint lid blue.
39. Manhole northeast Heartz needs chimney seal.
40. Manhole between Heartz and Heatherglen needs rain pan.
41. Reset air valve between Heartz and Denton Tap.
42. First F.H. east of Denton Tap - valve will not turn: paint lid red on valve stack.
43. First valve on 24" water east of Denton Tap needs pad.
44. Raise all curb stops; cut off inside meter can on 9" irrigation meter too low; replace bent
cans.
45. Irrigation can at southwest comer moved or covered.
46. No service line to 2 lots between Denton Tap and Heatherglen.
47. Service line at Ed Bell's work site lot moved to 16" water off 8" water; meter can
covered.
48. Sewer lines for above lots plugged?
49. No meter box for water irrigation service at southeast comer of MacArthur and Sandy
Lake Road.
50. Irrigation to Kroger cut off, broken line between curb stop and meter.
51. Leak on D.C. at irrigation on Fountain View and Sandy Lake Road.
