RE: Plat Su~ The Parks Apartments
Dear Mr. Jackson: ~
As per the request of Oavid Tatum, attorney-at-law, please
find the enclosed 4 prints of The Parks Apartments for your
review and information.
As you are probably aware, the project reeently changed
hands and when the project was surveyed for that transaction the
surveyor, ~eCuinness and Associates, Inc., noticed some errors
and diserepaneies of the original plat prepared by C.C.M.
Engineering Corporation Landmark Survey, Inc. As a requirement
at the closing of the transaction, the plat has been re-submitted
with eorrections made (Landmark is doing the eorreetion with the
blessings of C.~.~. Engineering). It is also our understanding
that the review process has mostly run its course. Comments
the City Planning Commission has been addressed and I presented
the plat at a planning review meeting last month. The only
remaining comment of which we have knowledge is that ?V Electrie
has asked for several 10 foot electrical easements encompassing
their underground and transformer facilities that is not shown on
these prints.
