Dear Sir:
In response to your question as to the providing for
sewering of the Gateway property located at Beltline and
Beltline, we offer the following:
The City of Coppell will either provide necessary sewer
capacity to accomodate the development of the property or if
city funds are not available will allow the developer to
provide the required sewer capacity improvements and then
reimburse the developer the cost of the sewer improvements
up to the amount contributed through their impact or water
and sewer availability fees.
