Dear Mr. Wicker:
Please allow this letter to serve as formal verification of zoning
on the above mentioned tract of land. The zoning for this tract
is Light Industrial (LI) as per the official Comprehensive Zoning
map. A map, attached hereto, is provided to depict the location
of the subject tract, which may be further described as:
A 328.18 acre parcel of land, located south of Southwestern
Boulevard, west of Beltline Road, north of Cowboy Drive, and
east of Freeport Parkway.
A final plat has been approved by the City Council and filed with
the Dallas County records for Gateway Park at Coppell. It is my
understanding that you may be concerned with one of the conditions
of approval on the final plat regarding Gateway Boulevard and Metro
Drive. Please be assured that the improvements of Gateway
Boulevard and Metro Drive is no longer an issue at this time with
the City now that funds have been escrowed for the construction and
the City now has an easement for temporary construction.
I hope this letter helps clarify any concerns you may have had
regarding Gateway Addition. If you need additional information,
