Road.

Through our consulting engineers, Albert H. {{al£f. Associates,
Inc., we are preparing to submit a Preliminary Plat of property
owned by The Southwestern Town Lot Corporation lying north of
the south line of street now known as Gateway BouLevard to the
City of Coppell for consideration.
DurinR the plattinR process we hope to change the~ of the
street currently known'as Gateway 8oulevard to Co~ Road. As
our Preltelnary Plat will indicate, we plan a (4) lane
divided street which will align with existtn~ Belt
Line Road on the east border and extend through t siddle of
our property to intersect with:Freeport Parkway on he west
border. We will request that this new street car) the name o£
Gateway Boulevard. He understand that Trtland ha~
platted their contiguous property lying south of
