Dear Mr. Kennedy:
Transmitted with this letter please find a copy of a set of construction plans that the City of
Coppell had designed for the intersection of Sandy Lake and MacArthur. This project was
designed by Kimley-Hom in November of 1989 with DART funds. Because you are in the
process of letting a contract for the design of Sandy Lake, it was my opinion that these plans
could be helpful to the engineer who ultimately gets this project.
