Water/Sanitary Sewer Punchlist - Parks of Coppell
The following items remain deficient on this project and should be corrected prior to
acceptance:
Lot 7 Block B - The chimney seal is loose at the bottom. Improper
installation. Contractor raised manhole to accommodate seal. Now manhole
is too high.
2. The screening wall contractor will need to complete wall and set final grade in
right-of-way so that all water/wastewater components are at grade and
accessible.~.~

Please have the contractor contact staff when all items have been corrected. This project
should not be accepted until all punch list items are corrected.
