Walkthrough of Parks of Coppell
Field personnel conducted a follow-up walk through of the above referenced project and the
following items remain deficient:
Lot 1 Line E on Chestnut Lane - Repour pad. Raise clean out to
accommodate lid.
The chimney seal at Chestnut Court and Chestnut Lane is loose at the bottom.
Lot 11 Block B - Sewer lateral is too deep.
Lot 21 Block B - The chimney seal is loose at the bottom - Neck on Manhole
not allowing seal to seal.
Lot 4 Block C - Chimney Seal loose at the bottom.
Lot 6 Block C - Unable to locate the clean out.
/9~ 7. Lot 3 Block E - Bottom of Lateral Y to clean out busted from being run over.
One mainline valve extension to the south not on nut.
The screening wall contractor will have to set final grade in the right-of--way
and sidewalk will have to be completed along Parkway Blvd.
Additionally, it may be necessary to inform the contractor that adapters can be purchased to
help properly install the chimney seals mentioned above.
Please have the contractor contact staff when all items have been corrected. This project
should not be accepted until all punch list items are corrected.

Field personnel perforn~d a walk through at the above referenced subdivision this morning.
The following items were found to be deficient:
1~) lC-Grout around inside of ring in the existing manhole at Chesmut Lane and
Heartz.
Need a clean out at Lot 1 Line E on Chestnut Lanez.~o,,ff,
The chimney seal at Chestnut Court and Chestnut Lane is loose at the bottom.
Lot 11 Block B - Sewer lateral is too deep.
5.~/~2" blow off at end of Kallew Way needs a 24" x 24" meter can.
Lot 21 Block B - The chimney seal is loose at the bottom.
