Walkthrough of Park~ of Coppell ~
Field personnel performed a walk through at the above referenced subdivision this morning.
The following items were found to be deficient:
1. Grout axound inside of ring in the existing manhole at Chestnut Lane and
Heartz.
2. Need a clean out at Lot 1 Line E on Chesmut Lane.
3. The chimney seal at Chestnut Court and Chestnut Lane is loose at the bottom.
4. Lot 11 Block B - Sewer lateral is too deep.
5. 2" blow off at end of Kallew Way needs a 24" x 24" meter can.
6. Lot 21 Block B - The chimney seal is loose at the bottom.
6A. Lot 21 Block B - Clean out needs straightened.
7. LOt 4 Block C - Clean concrete out bottom of invert.
8. LOt 6 Block C - Unable to locate the clean out.
9. Lot 3 Block E - Straighten the clean out.
10. Lot 15 Block D - Unable to locate manhole.
11. Lot 5 Block E - Replace meter can.
12. Lots 1, 2, 3 Block E - Wrong type of meter installed.
13. Lot I Block E - The mainline valve for Sleepy Hollow Lane needs valve
extensions.
14. At Flagstone Lane and bridge entrance - Need two mainline valve extensions.
