Engineering Study for Sandy Lake Road
As you are aware, in September of this year we issued bonds and on the
26th we actually received the funds.
At the present time I am not sure who should actually be in charge of the
Sandy Lake Engineering Project, whether it be Public Works or the
EngineeringDepartment.
I think that we should proceed with the selection of a consultant engineer
to complete the design work, although we may want to consider waiting to see
what the County does with their bond election before actually designing the
project. We might consider allowing the County to design the entire road
with the City's financing.
