Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Coppell will meet in pre-session at 6:00 p.m., and in special called
session at 6:15 p.m., on Tuesday, November 28, 1989, in the Coppell Town
Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the
meeting is to consider the following items:

Item 1: Briefing on the Agenda.
REGULAR SESSION:

Item 3: Invocation
6:15 p.m. (Open to the Public)
Item 4:
PLATTING
Consider a preliminary plat for the Park Place Addition, located
near the northeast corner of Heartz Road and Sandy Lake Road, at
the request of Univest Development Company.
DISCUSSION
Item 5: General discussion concerning platting and zoning issues.
