Dear Mr. Dotter:
A final inspection of tho above referenced project has been conrad by
representatives of M.U.D. #1 and tho City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with the
City of Coppell staDd~d requirements. As of this date, permits can ho
issued to start construction of ho~n~ building.
Con~nitments to the streetscape-landscape plan should ho addressed within
the phase of homs building.
The one-year maintenance bends and as-built drawings have been received
from beth contractors. Maturity on the bends will be one year i~om the
date of this letter (5-1-89).
