Dear Rey:
Per our phone conversation, this letter is to confirm project
completion and final reimbursement on the above referenced grant.
The final Request for Reimbursement was submitted to our office in
June 1993. The "After" study for the project was submitted in
October 1993 at which time final reimbursement to the city was made
by the finance division in Austin. The grant extension was
inconsequential as work was completed under the original grant
agreement.
