Dear Mr. Rollings:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by representatives of the
City of Coppell subject to various agreements. In reference to your June 28, 1994 letter to Ken
Griffin, building permits may be issued on Phase I.
The drainage, utility and paving construction has been verified and is in compliance with the
City of Coppell standard requirements. Erosion protection should be maintained until bond
expiration.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor.
Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this letter. The maturity on the Erosion
Control Bond will be two years from the date of this letter.

Pumuant to our meeting yesterday, please accept this letter as our
written request that you release for building permits the following lots
in the above referenced development shown on the enclosed plat as
Phase I:

With these thirty (30) lots in Phase I, it is also understood that three
(3) of the remaining lots (Phase II) will be released for building
permits. These additional lots will not be among those lots that abut
the T.U. Electdc land that forms the western boundary of our project.
We will keep you apprised as to the status of our negotiations with
T.U. Electric concerning maintenance of the slope along our western
boundary.
