In reference to your June 28, 1994 letter to Ken Griffin, building permits may be issued on Phase I. The drainage, utility and paving construction has been verified and is in compliance with the City of Coppell standard requirements. Erosion protection should be maintained until bond expiration. The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this letter. The maturity on the Erosion Control Bond will be two years from the date of this letter.
