project. Below are listed the items that are deficient:
Ail sewer manholes in River Ridge addition, except
manhole at Lot 4 Bloc C in alley pavement, need chimney
seals adjusted to seal inside of manhole ring and
either cone or neck of manhole.

Lot 16 Block C - 1 Manhole
Riverchase Dr. and Jennings Ct - 1 Manhole
City clean out at Lot 17 Block A needs concrete on inside of
clean out box.
Three 2" blow-offs need 2" close nipples and elbows
installed.
4. Water service leak at Lot 5 Block C
5. Water service leak at Lot 13 Block B
6. Replace lot clean out at Lot 9 Block C
7. Paint mainline valve cap blue at Lot 11 Block D
8. Clean dirt out of bottom of all manholes.

Uncover fire hydrant valve and mainline valve at existing
fire hydrant on Riverchase.
Replace all sewer manhole rainpans with city approved rain
pan or have Cretex brand approved by Water Superintendent.
Please ensure that each of these items
acceptance of this project.
