Surety for erosion control
Dear Sirs:
As applicant for the above referenced project, enclosed please find our check
#1034 in the amount of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight & 00/100
Dollars ($6,948.00) which represents the cost to provide the erosion control that
presently exists on the property. We realize that as long as we own the property,
it is our responsibility to properly maintain these erosion control measures for a
two (2) year period from the date of final acceptance of the dedicated streets
and/or utilities by the City of Coppell. After the expiration of this two (2) year
period, it is the City of Coppell's responsibility to notify the applicant and refund
the remaining balance of the Surety.
