Enclosed please find copy.of the r~vision.to t~e sanitary
sewer on the referenced single family pro]eot in Coppgll.
Our utility contractor located the existing.sewer stub that
was stubbed under Riverchase Drive. The alignment of[the
sewer lzne under the roadway.was not as show9 on the plans
and will require .a short tad%us curve to be ~nstalled~ If we
extended the sew?r line straight or with the 850' cur~e, the
manhole would slzde south into the golf course improvements.
Since the golf course extends into our property, we can
install the manhole in their improvements, however we are
sensitive to their concerns. If possible, we would like to
construct the manhole away from their greens and cart path.
This will reguire a 300' radius on the sewer pipe.
I have discussed this with Larry Davis and the utility
contractor in the field. Ail agree that the current
alignment with the 300' radius curve is the preferred
solution, if acceptable to you we will construct the line as
shown on the attached sketch. If the 850' radius curve is
required, we will shift the manhole southerly to comply.
