Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing a request for remobilization in the amount of $4,200.00 and the daily cost for barricades and
traffic control in the amount of $55.00 per day, submitted by H & W Utility Contractors. These additional
costs are due to the delays in the project caused by circumstances beyond the control of the contractor.
If this request meets with your approval, we will prepare a change order to cover the additional work. Please
review and notify us of your findings.
