Walk-Through for Riverside Church of Christ
A water/sewer walk-thru was conducted at the above referenced
development this morning and the following items were found to be
deficient.
There needs to be a locking hasp welded on the vault
lid.
The sanitary sewer cleanout needs a cleanout shoe
casted in concrete over the top of it.
Uncover the fire hydrant valve and repour the pad
around it.
Mark the curb (W) for water meters,(V) for water valves
and (CO)for sewer cleanout.
The valve for the fire vault should be raised and the
pad repoured.
Please ensure that these items are corrected prior to final
acceptance of this project.
