Station Subdivision, City of Coppell, Texas
Dear Mr. Anderson:
As requested, I have reviewed the City of Coppell Sanitary Sewer
and Water Distribution Plan to ascertain that service is available
to serve the above referenced property.
There are water facilities in Village Parkway (10" main), and
MacArthur Boulevard (16" main). There is an existing 27" sanitary
sewer main in Village Parkway and an 8" sanitary sewer also exists
in Village Parkway. I would recommend that you speak with Jeff
Hawkins with Pierce Lunsford and Associates, regarding the upgrade
of the 27" sanitary sewer.
