Work completed:
1. Compiled Database.
2. Completed and submitted "Before" Study as per state requirement.
3. Completed construction plans, specifications, and estimates for controller upgrades
and interconnect cable installation along Denton Tap.
4. Completed three (3) preliminary optimized timing plans.
5. Completed bid procedure. Awarded Arjang Systems, Inc. project and will begin
construction within ten (10) days from November 18, 1992.
Work to be completed:
1. Meet with City to discuss preliminary timing plans.
2. Submit timing plans for implementation.
3. Assist in implementation and fine tuning the recommended signal timing plans.
4. Conduct "After" Study data collection, simulation, and analysis for comparison with
"Before" Study results.
5. Document procedures, findings, conclusion, and benefits of the optimization study as
per state requirements.
