Riverview Estates Initial Walk Thru 10/10/97
Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Replace all laterals with white pipe with approved green SDR
35 pipe.
2. All valve stacks need correctly threaded valve stack, piping
not water pipe.
3. Lots 15 bad 15A meter setters bent.
Fire hydrant 2-1/2 inch threads need to be replaced. Lot 5A.
Mainline valve and fire hydrant on Sandy Lake Road very hard
to turn.
6. Wrong tee on lot clean out on lot 6-A.
Main line valve at Sandy Lake entrance needs valve extension
for nut.
8. Lot cleanouts busted or bent on Lots liB, 9B, and 18A.
