Dear Kathy:
As you know, the City Council awarded the above referenced contract to Arjang Electric Systems
per the bid submitted for Alternate Interconnect Route in the amount of $37,620.00. Per our
telephone discussion, fax a copy of the standard form of agreement to Mr. Bruce Stockard, City
Attorney, for review and approval. Then please proceed with getting six (6) sets of contract
documents and specifications finally executed, and return to the City.
Please keep Mr. Jim Ragsdill, Purchasing Agent, and myself informed of this process. It is
important that the construction commences immediately to avoid any delays. I would like to
receive the signed copies of the contract documents, executed by the contractor, prior to
November 6, 1992 for the City's final authorization.
