Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $37,709.13 and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee assessment list. Please provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for this project so the construction inspection fee can be verified. Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. This does not include irrigation meters. Wastewater Impact 28 - %" x %" Total 28 100% due prior to Council approval Residential meters = 28 ESU's ESU's @ $450.00 ea = $12,600.00 of the final plat. Water Tap Inspection Fee 28 Connections @ $100.00 each = $ 2,800.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. (Or in the case of the irrigation meter-prior to issuance of meter).
