Street division staff performed a preliminerywalk-thru at the
above referenced project at 10s00 a.m. on 7/7/92. The following
deficiencies were noted;
· Street needs to be swept.
· Seal curb Joints.
· Clean out inlets.
Barricades need robe maintained until proper signage
is in place.
Stop access off of sandy Lake R0ad by placing a
temporary berm.
Monitor and maintain erosion control along entire
project.
Please make sure the contractor receives a copy of this punch list
and let me know when it will be ready for a follow up.
