As we discussed on July 8, 1992, the road escrow for Sandy Lake Road is $64,801.42. This is
based on an escrow cost of $170.40 per front foot for the portion of your property adjacent to
Sandy Lake Road (380.29 x 170.40 = $64,801.42).
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the mnount of $66,264.42, and
forward it to Alan Johnson, Finance Department. This amount includes $1,463.00 for the Street
Light Assessment.
The escrow of these funds is in accordance to our Subdivision Ordinance rules and regulations.
