relocstcd. I am formally advising you that GTE must not relocate, alter or even dig a/ong that state
right-of-way without the expteu written permission of TXDOT. We can appt~iate the importance of
the water line and ~e completion of this project. If the line is ~o be placed the apparent options are
either change the mind of the Highway Dept. Or adjust your w,,eer line. (depth / ~lnment). GTE
must abide by the decisions and mandztes of the State in relation to the rules and guidelines
governing their highway right-d-ways.
