Meeting Summary
1. Overview
The purpose of the meeting was to initiate the project and to discuss the following
items in detail:
· Financial Status Reports
· Request for Reimbursement
Quarterly Progress Report forms
· Data Collection
2. Financial Status Reports and Request for Reimbursement Form.
· It was agreed that a Barton-Aschman representative would meet with Jennifer
Armstrong on a monthly basis or as needed to help prepare the Request for
Reimbursement form and the Financial Status Report.
· City staff working on the TLS project will furnish timesheets (documentation)
to Jennifer Armstrong indicating hours spent on project. All required
documentation, including employee timesheets, by Barton-Aschman will be
submitted with the monthly invoice.
3, Quarterly Progress Report Form
· Barton-Aschman will prepare and submit the Quarterly Progress RePort Form
for review by Rey Gonzales. The final report will incorporate any review
comments.

4. Project Status Reports
· Barton-Aschman agreed to supply the City of Coppell with a Project Status
Report every two (2) weeks.
5. Data Collection
· Barton-Aschman will begin data collection the week of March 30th.
· Data collection will include a.m., p.m., and noon traffic volume counts, travel
time runs, and samples of signal timings.
6. The City of Coppell will furnish signal plans and any construction plans for Denton
Tapp Road to Barton-Aschman.
7. Don Glen confirmed with Ms. Pat Hickman of TxDOT on March 24, 1992 that
reimbursement forms could be submitted by the City of Coppell on a monthly basis.
