Engineering Firm Selection

I have completed my review of the statement of qualifications (BOQ) from
three (3) firms that you had provided to me, in reference to the above
project. Accordin§ to their BOQ's, Kimley-Horn and Barton-Aschman seem to
be more experienced and knowledgeable for TLS projects.
In general, I have dealt with both firms on City related engineering
projects and in my opinion both firms are professionally and technically
credible. I would like to indicate that, and as I have heard this from
other City staff members too, Barton Aschman's working relationship with
affected City staff in handling City projects has been successful.
Please let me know if additional follow-up is required.
