Dear Mr. Griffin,
We are in receipt of your RFQ for performing TLS work in the City of Coppell.
We have provided services for s~weral TLS projects in suburban Dallas cities in the past but would
respectfully decline to propose on this specific request. It appears that Barton Aschman prepared the
documentation for the City of Coppell's request to the TxDOT and it would logically follow that they
would be the odds-on favorite tv prepare the TLS study repc, rt.
Although we will not propose on this specific project, I would appreciate the opportunity to meet
with you and discuss our firm's capabilities at some point in the near future. I will call you in the
next two weeks to set up an appxopriate time to meet with you.
