Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 In our letter to you dated September 18, 1991, we calculated the construction inspection fee for the Food Lion addition based on 2% of the following construction cost: $158,216 for utility construction $ 18,216 for acceleration/deceleration lane we now have received verification from your utility contractor, TRI DAL, Inc., that the utility construction contract totaled $140,000, not the $158,216 we had used. Further, we received pa!a~ent from TRI DAL, Inc. in the amount of $2,800 for the construction inspection fee for their utility work. We have also verified payment of $365 received from Sizelove Construction Company for the construction inspection fee for their work on the acceleration/deceleration lane. We are enclosing a copy of the revised development fee schedule, dated September 24, 1991, which reflects the above described changes.
