The following fees should be assessed on the above referenced
project. Changes have been made to reflect the change in the site
plan regarding meter sizes.

1 - I 1/2" Domestic Meter/s = 5 ESU's
1 - 1 1/2" Irrigation Meter/s = 5 ESU's
2 - 8" Fireline Meter/s = 5 ESU's
Total 15

100% due prior to Council approval
Wastewater Impact Fee:
1 - 1 1/2" Domestic Meter/s = __

100% due prior to Council approval of final plat.
* Note: If property to be developed is in the Coppell Municipal
Utility District %1 this fee shall be assessed, but shall not be
collected until such time as an interlocal agreement is made
between the City and MUD.
Water Tap Inspection Fee
4 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $400.00
100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
