Please accept this letter as Sandy Lake Corners Joint Venture concurrence with the correct
location and elevation of the water vault adjacent to Samuel Boulevard. After consultation with
Bill Anderson, we concluded the best solution would be to realign the future drive planned in
that area to go around the vault, as shown on the attached diagram.
