Attached is the letter from Mike Allen regarding the above
reference. Please provide a draft letter for my signature in
response to his request. Your draft should not obligate the City
for anything, but rather refer to conformance to City of Coppell's
standards. Staff's recommendation will be based upon the final
construction plans submitted by the developer.
Please provide the draft letter by October 26, 1990.
