Sandy L Add FL-CS 901107GINN, INC. CONSULTIN EN II EERS We have reviewed the above referenced plans for general conformance to the city of Coppell ordinances and standards. The following sets forth our comments. No open drainage ditches/channels allowed per Subdivision Ordinance in areas of "C" commercial zoning. Future development of Area 5, C=0.76 should reflect in calculation. Use C=0.9 if that is what is proposed. Please indicate site grading plan for entire NW corner. Unclear as to what is happening in northwesternmost corner of property regarding existing ditch. We have no objections to the "concept", but would like to see more definitive design, plans, etc. made. Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections to the plans as submitted.
