Dear Mr. Ratliff:
In reference to our letter of May 10, 1991, please be advised that the
deadline for filing has been extended from July 26, 1991 to Au§ust 1§, 1~1.
Furthermore, we have convinced the Department of Energy that the 20% maximum
on equipment was too restrictive. The maximum is increased to 60% of
reimbursable cost onequipment.
