We are in receipt of the construction record drawing mark-ups provided by your project superintendent and are
now in the process of producing the final construction record drawings to be delivered to the City of CoppelL
~ts such, the City has scheduled a pnal }~alk-through for Wednesday, December 14, 1999 at 2:00 p.m.,
starting at the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank.
We are also enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 3 to your contract with the City for the
construction of this project. Change Order Number 3 covers the compensation for delays experienced while
easement issues were resolved. If the change order is acceptable, please sign and return all five copies to this
office.
