RE: Meadowcreek Drainage Project DR 00-02
Dear Mr. Campbell,
I have reviewed the information that you supplied in your letter dated October 31,
2002. I believe that the box supplied will meet or exceed the requirements of the Type
M manhole. Please note that the city requires a performance, payment and
maintenance bond. Part of the cost for these has been included in the Type M manhole
bid item. To help me recover some of these cost I would appreciate the city adding half
of the disputed $6000.00 back to the contract.
