DRAINAGE PLANS: Drainage Map does not indicate the handling of runoff in west ditch of Lodge Rd. coming from the south. This situation must be addressed prior to final acceptance of the subdivision construction. A means of restricting access by small children to the large openings of the special inlets at the south property line must be provided prior to final acceptance of the subdivision construction. Sheet 6/7 Line "C-2" must enter line "C" at an angle pointing downstream WATER AND SEWER PLANS: The Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan must be revised as marked adding and relocating valves, and connecting to the existing water system as marked. These items were addressed in our previous comments and were not complied with in the current plans.
