Clean and seal bad spot at joints.
Clean out concrete spill at manhole at old Minyard Shopping Center on approach.
Repair broken curb.
Level GTE manhole with sidewalk.
Take wood out of inlet.
Clean and seal curb joints and areas where sealer came out.
Rout and seal random cracks.
Paint ADA brick red w/Behr or equal.
Clean and pick up old bricks at headwall southwest of Heartz.
Clean concrete spill at ADA ramp on west side of London.
Take forms out of inlet in Simmons alley.
Grout at pipe in inlet at Dobecka and at one on Moore.
Clean mud out of inlets.
Clean concrete spill out of inlet southeast of Raven.
Clean and seal joints not sealed from Samuel east right lane.
Clean and seal joints in intersection of Mockingbird.
Take forms out of manhole in east bound left turn at MacArthur.
Level up at gas valve in sidewalk at Meadow Run.
All conduit need to be sealed and pipe must stick above ground level.
Water ponding westbound right lane across from Dobecka.
Remove zip strip of redwood and clean and reseal expansion joints.

Westbound left turn at Simmons needs to be sealed.
Westbound left turn at Heather Glen.
Check all Left turn lanes for sealer.
Clean out inlet in front of Tom Thumb.
Clean and seal Right turn lane at Denton Tap.
Remove redwood sticking up in sidewalk in several spots between Heartz and Denton
Tap on the north side.
