developer, Mr. Doyle R. Cameron. By copy of this letter we are
transmitting a copy to Mr. Richard Diano for review and suggest
that you forward a copy of the documents to the City Attorney for
his review. Not being fully aware of your policies regarding the
authorization for review by the City Attorney, we have refrained
from contacting him directly. If it is your desire that we
handle this in a different manner, please let us know.
